# Organizing workflows

> Keep your workflows tidy with folders and pinning.

As your team builds more workflows, a little structure keeps things findable. When you create a workflow you choose its [visibility](/organize/sharing)—private, shared, or workspace—and it opens straight into [real-time collaboration](/account/team#live-collaboration), so anyone you share it with can edit alongside you.

## Folders

Group related workflows into folders—one level deep, to keep navigation simple. A workflow lives in one folder or at the top level.

Folders are shareable, and sharing a folder shares everything inside it. This makes folders a fast way to give a collaborator a whole body of work at once.

## Pinning

Pin the workflows you return to often so they stay within reach.

## Visibility

Workflows use the same [three visibility levels](/organize/sharing) as the rest of Sprello: private, shared, or workspace. To make a workflow available to people outside your workspace, see [publishing](/organize/publishing).
