A workspace is your team’s shared home in Sprello. Workflows, the asset library, collections, and billing all live at the workspace level, and members share one credit pool.

Members

Invite collaborators to your workspace so they can build and generate alongside you. Members share the workspace’s assets and credit pool, with access governed by sharing and visibility.
Collaboration unlocks on paid plans—free-trial workspaces are single-player. See credits and plans.

Live collaboration

Every workflow is a shared, real-time space. When more than one person opens the same workflow, you see who’s there—presence avatars for everyone currently in the canvas—and every edit syncs instantly. There’s no save button: changes are saved and shared as you make them.

Presence avatars show who's in a workflow with you

Collaboration is the default for every workflow; who can join and edit follows the workflow’s visibility and sharing.

Owner controls

Workspace owners can set policies for everyone, from Settings → Workspace. For example, owners can turn off the ability for members to publish workflows—so internal work and brand assets aren’t exposed outside the team. Turning that policy off also unpublishes anything currently published.
