Publishing makes a workflow accessible to anyone with the link, including people outside your workspace. It’s separate from your internal visibility settings—a workflow can be private to your team internally and still be published externally, or the other way around.

Publish a workflow to share it by link; unpublish it at any time to make it private again.

Workspace owners can turn off publishing for members, so internal workflows and brand assets aren’t exposed by accident. Turning the policy off also unpublishes anything currently published. See workspace and members.
